Major Development Proposals

The South West RDA has a new duty as a statutory consultee for major development proposals of economic significance to the region, to assist in the delivery of the region's Economic Strategy.

The leaflet, South West Regional Development Agency: Delivering Through Planning (Adobe Acrobat Reader Document - 193.47kb), explains what the South West RDA does, how it engages with the planning process and defines those developments and projects the RDA wishes to be consulted on.
