Plymouth Business Growth (PBG) is a business led partnership, funded by the South West RDA, Plymouth City Council and Business Link, which aims to develop a strong, dynamic economy in Plymouth that provides opportunities for all by encouraging business start-ups and improving business survival rates.  
 
A Project Director and team were appointed in April 2005 to provide support to business in the following sectors:
